The free tier is free forever. Nothing to refund.

Transformation and Harmony tiers (upcoming)

When paid tiers launch, we'll offer a 14-day no-questions refund from the original purchase date. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@bluonyx.co from the address associated with the purchase. Include the order ID. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Fraudulent chargebacks are ineligible for refund.
  • Ongoing telehealth consult referrals (Harmony) are non-refundable once used.

Blu Harmony does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All insights are educational. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before changing medications or supplements.
